The Wellness and Reablement Consultant and Diversity Adviser are funded to support Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Service Providers.*
The Aboriginal Development Officer role supports both CHSP & HACC-PYP funded organisations and their work.*

We also celebrate diversity within the Gippsland region and actively support our funded service providers to design and deliver inclusive, client driven and accessible services for everyone.
